The most economical way to travel from Marco Polo airport to Venice is to use the regular road bus service provided by ATVO or ACTV to the Piazzale Roma bus station. Tickets are available in the airport arrivals hall. A water bus, which calls at San Marco and the Arsenale, is also available.

From Treviso airport either use the ATVO road bus service to Venice or catch the No. 6 bus into Treviso itself where there are regular connections to Venice bus and train station.

From the bus or train station the quickest way to get around the city is by foot and vaporetto.
